Default Proportioning valve

Hey guys,

Newbie on this board. I am looking for some help on adjusting the proportioning valve on a 1965 GT. The 65 GT has the disks in the front and drums in the rear. This fall I noticed that all of my braking was coming from the drums in the rear. (not so good at stopping) So this winter I was going to dive into the problem deeper. I bled the lines, and checked the front pistons but nothing seemed to be out of order. I figured I would then turn to the proportioning valve. Short of adjusting it, getting to speed, slamming on the breaks to see which set breaks first I am not sure of a better way to figure this one out.

Thanks,
