I personally prefer an electric fuel pump. They do make a little noise that might irritate some folks. I use a Holley (don't get a Mallory anything). I think you need an oil pressure cut off switch so that the fuel is automatically cut off when the engine is not running. Holley makes one for around $20. Another $100 or so for the pump itself.
