Those gallons/hour ratings are for what's called "free flow". That is the maximum that the pump would put out if you were just squirting into a container. The carb has needle and seat valves in the float bowl that regulate how much gas is allowed in there to keep the proper gas level in the float bowl. Believe me it won't be 80 gal/hr. From what you are saying that you want from your engine, I think almost any fuel pump will be sufficient for your needs. Even a generic auto supply house mechanical pump would probably be OK as long as it keeps 5-7 psi to the carb.
