Question Putting in new quarter panels??

Hello all. Just got back from the Carlisle PA. all Ford Car Show. For those of you that have been there - You know what I am talking about. Anyway - I have 2 new FULL 1965 quarter panel replacements. Any advise on getting these things installed. My friend that is doing it is a body shop guru, but doesnt know Ford at all. Any tips or tricks to welding them in or getting the old ones off without messing up the whole car.
