Quarter Panels
 

Hello everybody, Im starting a restore on a 72 and a 73 Mach 1, and I have a few questions to start. 1. What is the difference(if there is one) between a quarter "skin" and a quarter panel? 2. Where is the best place to start the tear out? 3. Is it better to acid dip or media/sandblast? thanks in advance.
