			 I am drawign ever so nearer to doing my brake conversion. But I have one question, and i am hoping that maybe one of you guys can help me. SeeI plan to do a disc brake conversion and also change my 4 lug spindles over to five lug spindles. The current rear end in my car is the 7 1/4 inch rear end. Later i plan to performance out the lowly inline six, that sits under the hood. 			 Just my .02, but like power, you can never have too much durability. If you have the resources available, I would go ahead and swap, that way you wont be as likely to find out the hard way just where the breaking point is 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
		
			  Also, (correct me if I'm wrong guys) doesent most of the swap plans out there , ie granada/versailles utalize the bigger rear ends, and bigger axles? I could be wrong tho... J

			 If you really think you can get 250-300 HP from your six, then you might want to upgrage to an 8" limited slip  rear end. I do OK with an 8" Currie Traction-lock. I'm pretty sure you won't get more torque than I make with my 306.  The 7 1/2" axle won't cut it for any serious performance upgrades. Only my $.02.
