I did mine over the past winter - have a sears wire fed welder. What I did was fit the panel then pre-drilled small holes about every inch or so and tacked the panel on. The actual welding was not hard, but one word of advise - get good panels. Mine were not what I would call a great fit, probably because they were from china or mexico. They have been on over a year and show no signs of fatigue or letting loose anywhere. Take your time - once they are on - that is it - no room for adjustments. Make all the necessary adjustments before fastening. I used clamps, vice grips and 2 other people holding and aligning as I fastened them. Good luck and have fun.
