![]() After 3 years of work, I should have my 68 coupe ready for the paint booth in a week. My question is what is the correct order of putting the exterior back together? I'm specifically talking about the doors, fenders, and hood. Pretty sure the hood goes on last but should the doors or fenders go on first? My guess would be the doors but then how hard is it going to be to get the fender to cowl bolt hooked up with the doors in the way. Thanks.

![]() All I know is go with the doors first, than the fenders it makes them much easier to adjust. The fenders will not be that bad.

![]() Correct
match the doors to the rocker and quarter panel, the fenders to the doors the hood to the fenders. trunk deck when ever. Nothing to it. ![]()

![]() Thanks a milliion for the advice. Only part I dread is the doors. Sure hope they're not a real pain in the butt to get aligned.
