Default Scj Or Not?

Hey guys I went and checked out a few numbers on a 71 Mach 1 and have a few questions. Its numbers indicate that its a 429 CJ ram air and has a 3.25 tracklock rearend. All the motor codes and parts say its a SCJ motor. Its got the Holley and everything. My problem is that from what ive read only SCJ's had 3.91 or 4.11 rearends. Could this car been a special order from a dealership or something? Everything else checks out ok and is an extremly clean car but the door tag just puts it as a CJ ram air and the motors numbers match but indicates a SCJ. Thanks for any help.

I thought the steeper gears came with the drag pack... I think the SCJ has a solid lifter cam too...
