I just had a Fairbanks Stage 2 shift kit installed when I had my C4 rebuilt. I'm impressed so far. Nice firm shifts and can bark the tires under mild exceleration. I have had so many problems with my transmission over the past ten years. This is the fourth time I've pulled it and had it rebuilt. I finally found a guy that really knows transmissions and hopefully this one will last. He suggested the Fairbanks kit. When I said I had never heard of Fairbanks, he said it was because they only sell to shops and mechanics. This could be true because I have never seen them for sale. My buddy installed a B&M kit and worked out fine too!
