Default shifters & seats & intake

On my 69coupe I have a c-4 tranny. I was wondering which shifter would suit my car the best.

What would be the best price for the apolstery to be redone???(I have been offered$200 for apolstery and $280 for apolstery, springs and padding).

On my 302, what would be the best intake/carb combo for my car(4-barrel). I can spend $400 on the combo.

performer intake and small holley carb will be best for your engine, it will be close to $400. Try jegs or summit

I would run the wiened and holley intake carb setup summit offers as a kit the edelbrock performer actually pruduces 6 less horsebower than a factory ford intake you get a cast iron to aluminum weight savings.

The upolstry price seems about right. I would change the springs and foam. 30 years have probably taken its toll.

Shifter?
Personally, I like the 69 Mustang floor shifter if its street driven,(just put one in my 69 Fairlane) and B&M "Pro Stick" for Drag racing. I would stay away from the true Ratchet shifters. I have tried several and this is MY preference. Really depends on what you like to do, and how much shifting you like. The Ford unit is inferior if you like Banging gears, but real nice for cruisin'.
