I've used Water Wetter and the more expensive 40Below with mixed results. When I was trying to use these products, the real problem was that my radiator was occluded. These mentioned products seemed to help a little but not enough.

After I had my radiator rodded out, it was like night and day. The car now ran at 180-190 F no matter the ambient temp.
