I have also used it in my car with good results. Also when you do have the radiator done take a 45 deg. fitting to the shop with you , have the tech install in at the drain plug with a new stop-cock valve. (pointing down) It will make the next coolant change so much easier & cleaner. I also instaled a Gano filter in the upper hose to catch all that extra rust those l 289 seem ta make. I may saveyou from having to have another trip to the radiator shop next year.
