Theres not enough power getting to the radio. It has enough to get it started but not enough for the amplifier. Make sure your ground is bigger than your power wire. Also, the shorter the ground the better. Sometimes if you have to long of a ground wire it's like not having one at all. The only other thing you can do is to contact an external amplifier if you have that capability. Last resort, do an exchange. Make sure your turn on and constant power wires are hooked up.
