The c4 can be built to hold up, and weighs less than the c6. Theres also an aod swap. That gives you another gear. Lentech automatics aod street terminator is rated for 700 hp and runs about 3k. I`m looking into a auto to manual swap myself. I`m looking at 2500 from a Mustang restoration place to make it look oem. Sorry for the length, hope this helps
