hey Jaime, well im sure that alot of us fight the same problem, but if todays gas was in the 107 octane range our problems would be solved. so for now what i had to do is in the summer months i advance my timing up just to the point that it will start ok when the motor is good and hot. i did break down and buy a mini starter which give me a lil bit more cranking (or spin) power than that old starter did and i was able to add a lil more timing. so i hope ive kinda helped and i do share your timing pains, every now and then ill add a lil race fuel and bump up my timing and have a lil fun but after that tanks gone its back to the super no lead ....lol
