How far had your dad gotten into the restoration and what were his goals? If there are a lot of new parts (hard to find NOS, ewspecially), then there's value there. If it's just old and disassembled, then the value is going to be low. Hey, maybe you could finish the project in memory of your dad. I'll bet all his friends would see him in the finished project. Just a thought.
