Your master cylinder should have came with 2 plastic fittings that screw into the holes where the brake lines would normaly go. Attach a piece of plastic hose to the other end of the fitting and run the 2 pieces of the hose back to the reservior of the master cylinder. Put the master cylinder firmily in a vice, or clamp it down somehow. Fill the reserviors and use a screw driver to pump the piston in the back of the master cylinder. Pump the master cylinder until air bubbles stop coming up in the reservior. It is a real pain and makes a huge mess.
