![]() Hi,
I am in need of a new set of shocks in the front and a new set of leaf springs in the rear. I am not looking for a racing feel, I want smooth cruise feel. I have been doing some looking and I think the KYB gas-ajust might bee a good call, or their "softer" ones, I forget the name. As far as leaf springs go, I want a restored ride height, I am considering the Eaton ones out of NPD that are rated for 150 pounds. THoughts and suggestions? Thanks, Aaron BTW, I got no responses to my PCV valve question so I just went back to the breather caps, less annoying at least... ![]()

![]() I think those would be just about right for what you want. I prefer more of a road racing stiffer suspension, but that's just me. The 4 leaf springs from Mustang Plus are close to OEM specs as well. I would just order the springs and shocks from the same place.

![]() That's what I was thinking too, I will probably end up going that route unless anyone can convince me otherwise.

![]() there one other place to try is www.mustangdepot.com they have suspension kit you can buy and reasonable on price. The kits can come with front and rear or separately.
With leaf spring choice I have 5 leaf race leafs with mid eye 1" drop and mine ride great. But the 4 to 4 1/2 leaf would probably be best for you for cruising. My buddy got koni adjustables for my car and I dont know where he got them from. I can adjust them soft, medium, or firm. But my kit came with the kyb shocks. ross |
