Cool '72' 351c 2v

i was told that ford made the vavle seats hardend for '72' is this correct,also ive have a 72,351c,2v mach1 that was made in 71 for 72 so were do i stand when it comes to using unleaded fuel...

It is my understanding that the 72 model year was the switch to unleaded. Don't know about the seats, but suspect they are hardened to handle unleaded. My guess is your 72 would be an early production unit but should still run unleaded.
