i am trying to put a new lock in and it will not work, is there some kind of rod that conects the key lock to the actual lock that locks the trunk???
sorry i cant explain it better it is a 65 mustang ------------------ if its not ford its not worth it |

Yes there is. It is a flat rod about 2 1/2 to 3" long that runs from the key lock to the latch.
