Question Suspension switch?

Hey guys, I'm really excited I found these boards. I just recieved a '68 6 cyl auto coupe with a black vinyl top. I have a 289 with a 4 bbl edelbrock carb. with brakes and suspenision from a previous 67 project. I want to put it in my 68. Can I use the brakes from the 67 and put them onto my 68 with the 289 dropped in??? I have an auto if you need to know it. I really appreciate it guys, I just need to know how big of a project I have in front of me.

Cool

if the 67 brakes are disc, and you hace the 67 spindles you can make the swap. if the 67 brakes are drums you can make the swap. the 68 disc brake spindle is different than the 67 spindle.
