Default Advantages of 302 w/ 351w firing order

It has been suggested that I consider a crate 302 (from a reputable remanufacturer) w/ larger 1.84/1.52 Valves and Bowl hog, a larger cam and a 351W firing order. From a "horsepower" point of view, what advantages does this hold over a regular 302? What does the 351W firing order add?
