![]() I've got a 69 Mustang that I'm having a T-5 worldclass transmission put in. The mechanics that are doing it put regular transmission fluid in it. I thought all manual transmissions needed gear lube. Are the mechanics that are doing the job smoking crack or not? Please advise. They told me it took regular trnsmission fluid.

![]() Thanks for the info Thunderbolt. Does it have a filter on it like an automatic. How often should I change the fluid.
