Question 1967 vs. 1968

What is the differences between a 1967 and a 1968 Mustang coupe? I'm talking about anything from differences in instrument panel layout to exterior body appearance. I am also curious as to differences in available options too. Thanks for the help.

I know this is a Mustang site, but my younger brother wants a Mustang..
