Default traction bars

I bought Lakewood tractions bars on E-bay, & I need to know how to install, & adjust them. Thank in advance..

they bolt right in.

just need a good jack, some jackstands and a set of craftsman ratchets and sockets... and some brains


maybe a beer or 3.
