Exclamation HELP! - no oil at rocker

I was priming my oil pump tonight with drill...

had oil at all but one rocker arm - tried to trace the problem

1) rocker arm oil hole=clear
2) pushrod=clear
3) lifter=is pumping up fine, but only pumping a little oil through(not enough pressure to make it up the pushrod)

from this, I assume that the lifter is clogged.

what can I do? I am really pissed. I just put the intake on the other day because I didn't feel like going out and getting a loaner primer - I am assuming that I gotta pull it off...

dang.
