Question Sppeometer gear

I have a T-5 five speed Motorsport trans in my car with a 9" 3:70 gear set on P225/60VR15 tires. Can someone tell me how to calculate what nylon gear to install on the cable so my speedometer will read correctly? It reads approx 15 mph too fast. It was working fine with the old 3:00 gears. Thanks.

What year T-5 is it? I'm running a 23 tooth
gear with my T-5 and 3.55 rear gears. Different T-5's had different gears inside
some had 7 toothm, some 8. Mine is a 1990
