Default Squeaky Front End

A year or so ago I purchased a steering kit, spring & handling kit and suspension kit for my '67. Everything was fine for a while but then it began to squeak and it is driving me nuts. It wasn't too bad during the cold weather but now that it is warming up the squeaking is back with a vengence. Much of it seems to come from the upper control arm area and when I spray some grease on the shaft assembly it quits for a while but eventually comes back. Any ideas? E.
