Post steering

I have a 65 body that was originally for a straight 6 with front drum brakes. It has a 289v8 in the car now. The steering centerlink and tie rods are original with the car. My question is, if I would want to place front disc brakes on the car using the granata swap, what would I have to replace? Can I still use the inner tie rod and tie rod end adjusting sleeve? What can I use from what I have and replace what I need?
