Default harmonic or flywheel

This engine still has a vibration the faster i go. I have a 50 oz. balancer on the front but did not pay attention when i had the tranny off to see what type weight the flywheel was.
If my flywheel was a 28 oz. unit and my front harmonic balancer is a 50 oz. would it be noticeable at any speed or get worse the faster i go.
