Default torque settings

I have just rebuilt a power steering control vale for my 65. What torque settings should I use to reattach the tie rods to the drag link assembly? Also, how tight should the "bolt" that screws into the valve socket be. At this time, the ball stud move with somewhat ease. This is my first attempt at rebuilding, I apologize if I did not use the correct terminology. Thanks for any help.
