tranny for a 351C and 351W.
I`m wanting to replace the c6 that the clever is hooked to for a strong 4 speed auto. The thing is, eventually i`ll swap the Cleveland out for a windsor and I want to keep the same tranny. I read that the belhousing is the same for the C & W, Has anyone ever swapped the motor and kept the tranny the same? Are there any problems with doing this?
Thanks for any input.

Re: tranny for a 351C and 351W.
Its the same.
The problems people run into are early 289/302 where the bell housings were different and the input shafts.
