You should be able to...
Unscrew the fittings from the transmission, and promptly replace them with pipe plugs to keep your fluid from leaking all over the place (unless you are planning to drain the fluid, in which case you will want to drain the fluid first...).
Unbolt the lines from clip that probably keeps them close to the engine...
Carefully unscrew the fittings from the radiator... be careful with the lines not to puncture the radiator...
If you are sure you want to replace the lines, go ahead and "clip" them to make it easier to get out from under the car.
Then it is a matter of bending the new line without crimping it to re-route as close to the originals as possible. I found that it seems better to replace them using two short lines rather than one long line, and using a fitting in the middle.
It isn't the prettiest because of the extra fittings in the middle, but it does make it easier to install with the two pieces that are fitted together after it is in the vehicle and properly routed.
