Trunk lid adjustment
My trunk lid seems to be gradually sliding over to the left causing it to rub on the body and has chipped the paint. I have messed with the 2 bolts on each side trying to get it realigned but it didn't work. Is there another way to move the brackets with out bending or welding. Maybe some more bolts I'm not seeing or something.

David, are you sure that the bolts are really tight? You might also check the hinges. I believe there is some lateral movement in there. My bet is that is where the problem lies.
