Question Tune-up parts

what brand of parts are the "best" to use for a tune up of a 67 I6 Stang. the local place has Fram parts for most everything from the PCV and oil and air filters. are these good quality parts or are there other parts that I should use. the car is only a sunday driver and not intended for racing or anything like that.

I'm not ragging on Fram, their parts are ok. But if you want to be sure to get good parts every time....you can't go wrong with good old Motorcraft parts. I don't think I've ever picked up a bad one.

As far as filters go Motorcraft is the best but fram works just fine especially for daily drivers. The key thing is to make sure you change filters out regularly and if you can save a few bucks on a fram what the hell.
