How much time, money, resources, and engineering experience do you have?
The first problem is that the 2 cars share NOTHING in common. The second problem is that the late model rack is front steer (mounts in front of the wheels) and the 64 is rear steer. I've been working on a MII hy-brid R&P swap on a '65 and have done quite a bit of research into the front suspension design of the '64 thru today's Fords, and I'd say it won't work unless you have lots of time and money.
