When you say they "are not drawing down far enough". Do you mean they are bottoming out on the stud??

It does have screw in studs??

The push rod isn't too short, is it??

Did you try and switch the rockers, pushrods, etc with another cylinder??

Is the stud smooth with no burrs, etc??

Are the lifters new?? Are you compressing them too much??
