Question VIN number...help please!

hey ya'll i need help with my VIN number thing. im kinda struggling with it, and i dont wanna be mislead cuz of a stupid mistake i made heres what it is exactly:

% 621
6 A20 6T07C193709
65A X 26

I'm a little rusty at this, but I'll try and give you what I remember. 6T07C19XXXX sounds like a 66 metuchen-assembled 2892v. I don't remeber what the 07 stands for though, sorry. I can check on it for you. The 65A is a standard 2dr hardtop if I remember right. I'm not sure what your dilema is so you might want to ask a more specific question.

Beyond the VIN, you'll have pertinent information on your driver door tag. Things like transmission, gear ratio etc. Is there anything in particular you need to know?

www.vintage-mustang.com/topics/decode/decode.html (no spaces in address) will provide a decoder; you can also print it out, 11 pages, and will have easy access to everything from body style to color codes.
