Default Disc Brakes

I found a 1973 Mustang in a junk yard. It has power brakes (the front ones are disc). Will the front disk brakes and the power system work on my 68? Does anyone have the specs on how to do this swap?

I don't have personal experience here, but have read that this swap will work. You want the spindles and all associated brake hardware including master cylinder, proportioning valve etc.
