What type of tranny is this
I just started to clean up my 4 speed transmission that I swapped out of my 69 fast back for a t-5. I could have sworn it was a t-10 but the numbers on the side read as follows:
C5AR-7006-D W-1 Can anyone tell me what exactly I have. |

The data code(5) only indicates that it is a 4 speed. I would guess a 4 speed top loader. If it is hang on to it. Sold one not too long ago for $800.00. The old saying about top loaders was that you could fill em full of gravel and they would run just fine.
