Default Will a 15 x 10 fit the rear of a 69 Mach?

Anyone know if a 15 x 10 wheel will fit the rear of a 69 Mach 1? Its either that or a 15 x 8. Also anyone have Weld Prostars? If so, how are they?
Thanks

The 15" isn't the problem, larger wheel size only decreases sidewall size. The overall height pretty much remains the same. I just stuck a tape measure in the wheel wells of my 69 Mach I. You have about a foot of clearance between the wheel well & the quarter. I'd say an inch to spare on either side is cutting it close. Consider body sway going around a turn and the quarter could shred the side wall real quick. Not to mention the sidewall messing up the quarter pretty good. I'd put an 8" in after checking with a good tire & rim person. I started another post about wheels and there are some good links in the responses. Naturally back spacing yadda yadda yadda it a necessary consideration when changing wheels & tires.

I have 15x8 with 28x11 tires. They just clear.
