Default Question About Trannys

Hi guys need your help i have a 86 5.0 auto and i want to change it to manual, i can buy a 86 mustang 4 cylinder with a 5 spd. Can i use it and if not what should i year or cylinder type should i look for.

as long as it is a T5 it should bolt in. the cheapest way i have found is find a car with a 5 speed and use it for a parts car that way you get all the parts you need
