A chip will help you a lot with your car. Unless something drastically changed between the 98s compared to your car (with the computer), your car would benefit a lot with the change in fuel curve and the other changes the chip would make possible. Your car should also run better as well.

Also, with roots blowers, it depends what your end goal is. As you may have heard, they make your engine feel like it is a big block. This is just because it makes it power so low. Other blowers make more power as RPMs raise.

I have heard roots blowers can be more fun to drive around town, but I know that they are less efficient and they also don't give the same gains in the higher RPMs.
