Question Analyze these times...

lol....and/or my driving....

60ft 2.158 2.199 2.26
330ft 5.985 6.021 6.117
1/8th 9.079 9.125 9.184
1/8mph 80.73 80.29 81.43
1/4et 13.93 14.318 13.994
1/4mph 104.02 92.59 104.91

on that second run, i missed 4th.
here's my set up for those runs...
90/10's, 50/50's, steeda lca's, street slicks and skinnies, 4 cyl springs up front, no front sway bar, moroso drag springs in back, 3.55's, no quads(for tire clearance)...i couldnt leave above idle or i encountered wheelhop, it was also there on 1-2powershift...heres what ive done since... D&D tubular front end, coilovers, no A/C.
i will get strong upper control arms, slicks, 4.10's, and a long runner intake, what kind of times can i expect once i get the 60's way down??? what do you guys think? thanks alot, nick

It's said that every 1/10 off your 60ft means 2/10's off your ET!

With that MPH you should run low 13's on slicks real easy! sounds like the problem is in your 60FT times, are you spinning or bogging you must be doing one or the other, get you 60FT's down and you'll see some good times!

do you guys think with my suspension and the addition of 4.10's and slicks that 1.6-1.7 60ft's are out of the question?? those runs were all leaving off idle and with 3.55's wheelhoping. last dyno before some mods was 270rwhp and 293rwtq. thanks again,
nick

It seems w/ your suspension setup you should be getting better 60ft times then that. I went to the track for the first time ever Sat and ran my stock suspension 3:27 geared auto Tbird on 215/70/15's and I got 2.2 60 ft times.
I think you need to get to the root of the wheel hop and changing to 4:10's shouldn't help that. Slicks of course will help your 60ft times, but I still don't think that will get to the root of the hop problem. I would make a post about wheel hop and see how these other guys experienced it and how they took care of it. I think your current set-up should yield at least 2.0
