ATTENTION DAN MCCLAIN!!!
I was wonder what the precedure is to race in a FFW race. I just got a 2000GT last year and want to only race at Baytown on May 5&6. I was wondering what I have to do and pay inorder to race. My car Is pretty much stock besides gears and little stuff so I'm just going to race in classes where a 13.5-14.1 is compettive. If you could e-mail me the details I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. dpolerstock@mail.utexas.edu

Jump over to the Fun Ford site and read the flyer for the next event. I think the Commerce, GA flyer is posted right now, but it'll give you an idea of the gate times, fees, etc.
If you want to race one of the heads up classes, like Mod Motor, you'll have to join FFW to get a membership card. You can do it ahead of time under the Registration section of the site or you can do it the day of the race as you go through tech inspection. If you're racing heads-up, plan on being at the track Saturday & Sunday for tech, qualifying and eliminations. If you plan on running in one of the bracket classes, like Street Ford, you don't have to become a member. Just show up at the track and race. ------------------ Jeff Chambers Trophy Stock #3 11.86 Seconds / 113.8 MPH Chambers Racing Team |
