parachutes street legal?
My 93GT was doing 9's approaching 150mph so the previous owner put a chute on it and a 8pt cage. I know the cage is no issue but will the guys at the inspection station say anything about my chute? I don't want to take it off, it's too cool! But I'll probably need to find a way to mount the license plate and rig some lights to it. Just wondering if anyone out there was using one.

I'd take it off for the inspection.. they'd probably say something about it... it could be a hazard if it popped on the freeway... etc...
