Maybe I am a little confused here, but I always thought "heads up" was he who has the fastest car in a particular class wins. Like in "Pro Street" or "True Street. If you run delay boxes and Throttle stops, you are aiming at a "time" bracket, whether that is 8.90 or 9.90 or whatever. The problem with "heads up" is that he with the most $$$$ wins. The engineering and the best parts, all the latest gadgets and technologies, that keeps a lot of us out. Race at Woodburn or White City pro88?
