Contingency Money

A close friend of mine, who does not have access to the internet, recently won the Gainsville FFW Street Outlaw event. He has received a check from NOS, but has heard nothing from the other sponsors. This is somewhat shocking since a few of the stickers seem to have been mandatory at the events at which they were "offered." He has asked me to try and find out hwat course of action he needs to take in order to receive some form of recognition (payment).
Any help would be appreciated!

Dear violator,
Please tell your friend that even if he doesn't have access to the internet, he might consider the telephone (225) 664-0996. What decals did he have on his car and what contingencies are you referring too?
