EGT Meter Which one best?

I have never used a EGT and do not want to find out I bought the wrong one, can someone tell me the diffrences and plus or minus of the diffrent types. I think I want digital, and would like to monitor both sides of the engine. I might like additional features like head temp, what is out there and if you run an egt monitor what type and tell me about it. and aprox cost and where did you get it? Thanks, and may you all have tire smoking dreams.

I've got the Percy's dual channel EGT (digital) that Summit sells. There's only a few companies out there that make the actual meter, Omega is probably the biggest supplier. My Percy's unit is an Omega. Its a two channel digital with max function, hold, and delt-T between channels. You can only monitor one channel at a time or the difference between the two channels. I've got clamp-on probes in #1 and #6 right now. The Percy's also came with an extra thermocouple that I could use for head, intake, etc. I've been completely satisfied with the Percy's unit.
